Genesis 11:29 Now Yahuweh had said to Abram: “Get out of your country,
from your family and from your father’s house, to a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless
you, and I will curse him who curses you;
We are under the covenant to Abraham also.
II Samuel 22:2-4 And he said, Yahuweh is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; 3The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence. 4I will call on Yahuweh, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.
David illustrated the continuing protection to those in submission and faith of God’s name.
Psalm 28:6-9   6Blessed be Yahuweh, because he hath heard the voice of my supplications. 7Yahuweh is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him. 8Yahuweh is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed.   9Save thy people, and bless thine inheritance: feed them also, and lift them up for ever. 
Psalm 119:113-120 113SAMECH. I hate vain thoughts: but thy law do I love.
114Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word.
115Depart from me, ye evildoers: for I will keep the commandments of my God.
116Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope. 117Hold thou me up, and I shall be safe: and I will have respect unto thy statutes continually. 118Thou hast trodden down all them that err from thy statutes: for their deceit is falsehood. 119Thou puttest away all the wicked of the earth like dross: therefore I love thy testimonies.  120My flesh trembleth for fear of thee; and I am afraid of thy judgments.
In these and many other examples of God’s protection for His anointed. They are delivered out of untenable situations because they have faith in His name, they called for His help, and walk right before Him.
Psalm 143: 11-12 Quicken me, O Yahuweh, for thy name’s sake: for thy righteousness’ sake bring my soul out of trouble. 12And of thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that afflict my soul: for I am thy servant.
Father we know the time for Your justice is coming, not only on the  host of heaven, but to the earth also. We stand by faith in the blood of Your Son Yahushua’s sacrifice for each of us. Knowing that none of us is deserving of such mercy, we pray blessings for our enemies as we all were one time enemies of the Cross of Messiah. Trusting in Your name to protect us from evil, we stand making intercession for our families, our nation and Israel the chosen nation by You. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem and the return of the Righteous King, Yahushua.
